Dr. Powell Noble

Dr. Powell Noble is a medical entrepreneur and healthcare leader with over twelve years of experience advancing innovation, accessibility, and quality in healthcare systems. Trained in medicine in Ukraine and currently based in Accra, Ghana, he brings together clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology, and Post-surgical care for interventional procedures (cosmetic and non-cosmetic) and  with strong organizational leadership.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Powell Global Foundation, a registered non-governmental organization in Ghana, Dr. Noble leads initiatives that deliver free, high-quality medical care and surgical interventions to underserved and elderly populations. These programs are grounded in robust collaborative networks that span Africa and the global health community.

Dr. Noble previously served as Medical Director of private healthcare institutions, where he oversaw the development of clinical systems and drove quality improvement. His leadership extends to his role as a board member of The RealGh Foundation LBG, where he supports medical outreach, health promotion, and socio-economic empowerment in marginalized communities.

He also collaborates with foreign student nationals from Denmark, representing various institutions, who provide free healthcare services, medical assistance, and essential supplies to the aged.”

Recognized for his distinctive and relentless approach to leadership, Dr. Noble’s impact goes beyond clinical care. He is actively engaged in addressing systemic vulnerabilities and fostering community resilience across healthcare and social sectors.

In addition to his nonprofit work, he manages a medical center, a healthcare consultancy, and a home healthcare service. His work includes the establishment of clinical facilities and the delivery of individualized therapeutic care tailored to diverse community needs.

Fluent in English, Twi, Russian, and Swahili, Dr. Noble is adept at cross-cultural communication, positioning him as a dynamic force in international health collaboration and development.
